It's awfully difficult to create a logo for yourself. What qualities do I want to convey? How in the world do I do that? That other person has a cool logo, can I do that? My decision came from many sketches and taking a close look at myself. The two chain links are an abstracted version of my nickname “gip”. This image reflects my love of cycling and the outdoors and also my idea of design. I believe that design should cause action, whether it be buying a product or recruiting people to cleaning up a waterway. Design can be that link.
